Join a professional local guide for a hop-on hop-off style guided walking tour in one of the iconic neighbourhoods of Paris as they bring the city alive with fascinating storytelling and anecdotes, while sharing insider tips, information and assistance. Covid-19
Do your tours adhere to Covid safety measures?
The tours are completely contactless, you will use your own telephone and earphones.
The tours take place outdoors and our groups are small. The range of the audio means you can listen to your guide at a distance that is comfortable for you.
The tours are completely flexible, you can leave and join as you wish.
What if my tour is cancelled due to Covid?
Your pass remains valid for 12 months. If you find out before you travel that you will be unable to participate due to Covid-19 restrictions, you can reschedule free of charge.

How do I activate my pass?
To activate the guided tours function, your pass will be scanned by the guide when you first meet them. This will activate your pass and the duration you have chosen will be counted from then onwards.
Do I need to activate the pass to follow the self-guided tours?
I’m travelling with a child, do they need a pass?
Children aged 0-15 are free.
Do I need to print my voucher?

What language are the guided tours in?
The guided tours will be in English. However, if you prefer, you can tune into the audio guide to listen to pre-recorded commentaries in Spanish, French, German or Italian.
Do I need to participate in the guided tours on a specific date?
You can join the guided tours at any date. Once you have activated your pass on the first tour, the validity of your pass will begin counting down (24, 48 or 72 hours depending on which pass you have chosen).
How many times can I take the guided tours?
You can hop on and off the guided tours as many times as you like during the validity of your pass.
Do I need to book myself onto the guided tours?
Is there a maximum number of people on the tours?
Yes, our groups are limited to 20 people. If the next tour is full, you can simply book yourself on the following one. If you know in advance which tours you would like to join and when, you can book yourself onto them in advance.
Where can I join the guided tours?
There are specific joining points indicated on the app. You will be able to see the time that the next guide will be passing the joining point and the app will navigate you to it.
How will I recognise the guide?
There will be a photo of the guide on the app. You will also see the Vox City Walks branded blue logo and they will have their guide card on a lanyard around their neck.
How long can I stay on a guided tour?
You can stay for as long as you like. Feel free to follow the entire tour from start to finish, or to follow it in segments, hopping on and off as you wish.
Can I leave a guided tour whenever I want?
Yes, you can hop off whenever you wish during the tour.
